Private Travel Türkiye by ZMC Exclusive Travel

(TÜRSAB License No. 14472)

Private Travel Türkiye is a licensed inbound travel agency based in Istanbul, Türkiye, specializing in private tours, tailor-made journeys, VIP transportation, chauffeur services, cruise services, and premium travel experiences throughout Türkiye.

We believe that travel should be designed around the traveler — not the other way around.

Whether you are looking for a private Istanbul experience, a multi-destination journey across Türkiye, a comfortable airport transfer, or a completely tailor-made itinerary, our aim is to make every part of your journey personal, flexible, comfortable, and professionally coordinated.

Our Story

Experience Built Since 1998

My journey in tourism began in 1998, while I was continuing my university education and working in professional city tours in Istanbul.

Those first years were where I learned the fundamentals of tourism from the ground up. Working directly with international travelers and guiding city tours gave me first-hand experience of Istanbul's history, culture, landmarks, transportation, logistics, and, most importantly, the expectations of travelers visiting Türkiye.

For six years, I worked professionally in city tours, gaining valuable experience in guiding, destination services, guest relations, and the daily realities of tourism.

I then entered a new chapter of my career, spending the following seven years specializing in inbound tourism from the Gulf countries.

Working with travelers and groups from the Gulf region gave me a deeper understanding of how cultural background, hospitality expectations, travel preferences, family structures, and individual needs can influence the way people experience a destination.

These years taught me one of the most important lessons in tourism:

Successful travel is not simply about following an itinerary. It is about understanding the traveler.

From Experience to Our Own Travel Company

After years of working in different areas of tourism, I decided to take the next step and establish my own travel company.

The experience gained through city tours, inbound tourism, transportation, destination management, and guest services became the foundation for ZMC Exclusive Travel and Private Travel Türkiye.

The idea was simple:

To create a travel company where professional local knowledge and personal service come together.

Rather than simply selling standard packages, we wanted to provide travelers with a local partner who could listen to their requirements, understand their expectations, and coordinate their journey from beginning to end.

This philosophy continues to shape the way we work today.

From Regional Expertise to a Global Guest Network

Our international reach continued to grow over the years.

What began with professional city tours and extensive experience with travelers from the Gulf region gradually expanded to guests from Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and many other parts of the world.

Today, we welcome travelers with different cultures, languages, expectations, and ways of discovering Türkiye.

This international experience has taught us that there is no single definition of the perfect journey.

For some guests, it may be a private guided experience through the historic heart of Istanbul. For others, it may be a family journey combining Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Pamukkale, and the Aegean Coast.

Some travelers prefer carefully planned luxury, while others want flexibility and the freedom to change their plans along the way.

Our job is to understand those differences and create the right experience for each traveler.

What Our Experience Means for You

Our experience is not simply measured by the number of years we have spent in tourism.

It is reflected in the destinations we know, the travelers we have welcomed, the journeys we have coordinated, the challenges we have managed, and the relationships we have built over the years.

Having worked directly in tourism since 1998, we understand that many of the most important details of a successful journey are not always written in an itinerary.

It can be knowing the right time to visit a destination, choosing suitable transportation, allowing enough flexibility in a program, understanding cultural expectations, selecting the right local professionals, or simply being available when something unexpected happens.

This experience allows us to approach every journey with both professional planning and personal attention.

Serving Travelers Across Türkiye

Although Private Travel Türkiye is based in Istanbul, our services extend across the country.

From the historic heart of Istanbul and the extraordinary landscapes of Cappadocia to the ancient cities of Ephesus and Pamukkale, the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, the Black Sea region, and Eastern and Southeastern Türkiye, we can create journeys that go far beyond the traditional tourist routes.

Our nationwide network allows us to combine different destinations and services into one coordinated itinerary — from a single private day tour to a comprehensive multi-destination journey across Türkiye.

Travel With Confidence

Choosing a travel company is about more than booking a tour.

It is about knowing that someone with real local experience is responsible for the details.

From my beginnings in professional city tours in 1998, through seven years of specializing in inbound tourism from the Gulf region, and our continued work with travelers from around the world, the philosophy has remained consistent:

**Understand the traveler.

Plan carefully.
Stay flexible.
Deliver professionally.**
