Frequently Asked Questions

Is the hot air balloon completely private?

Yes. The balloon is reserved exclusively for you and your group — no other passengers will join your flight.

How long does the flight last?

Flight duration typically ranges between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on weather conditions and the flight route. The full experience, including transfer, breakfast and preparation, takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.

When does the flight take place?

Private hot air balloon flights take place at sunrise, when weather conditions are usually calmest and the light is most spectacular.

Can you arrange a marriage proposal during the flight?

Yes. Marriage proposals are one of our most popular arrangements. We can prepare a flower bouquet, champagne, a personalized banner and professional photography or video to capture the moment.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes. Luxury private vehicle transfer from and to your Cappadocia hotel is included.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. A private breakfast service is included before your flight.

What happens if the flight is cancelled due to weather?

Hot air balloon flights in Cappadocia are subject to weather conditions and official flight permissions. If your flight is cancelled, we will inform you as early as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund according to our cancellation policy.

Can we customize the experience?

Yes. Since this is a fully private experience, we can personalize the arrangements — flowers, champagne, banners, photography, timing and more — according to your occasion.
